Terms And Conditions : 

Customer  agrees to the following terms and conditions of the contract -

1- Extra stops # 

 (minimum charge) $15 accordingly based on locations and wait time. 

- A cancellation fee # 

equal to the trip cost, will be charged for any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. For pick-ups outside of Massachusetts, 48 Hours notice is required before the  scheduled pick-up time. 7 days notice is required for stretch Limos- Bus -Coach - Shuttle Bus before scheduled pick-up time.

No-show fee equal to the trip cost, including applicable waiting time, any tolls office to office $5.30 plus airport fee $3.25 will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. If you can't locate your driver, please call us at 617-860-9121 to avoid a no-show billing. 

For Airport Domestic pick-ups Wait time starts after 30 min of local flight arrival and 60 minutes after international flight arrival. 

- Service reserves the right to charge a clean-up fee. The minimum fee is $300.00 for any passenger vomiting or excessive spillage, or damage caused during the rental, this fee may be higher depending on the amount of cleaning and downtime to the vehicle.

Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. The driver will gladly pull over when safe upon request. Client agrees for his/her party will not exceed the passenger capacity of vehicle provided. Drugs use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer.

Is not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.) and not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.

Advance Purchase Promotion

Book your reservation in 2 weeks advance and receive 15% discount.  Full prepayment required and booking doesn't allow changes or modifications within the cancelation period. You can always call and we will do our best to make it happen. This's a non-refundable rate.

A car service charges customers a flat fee per ride (which is higher during rush hour traffic) 6-9AM and 4-7PM, plus %1o.


HOLIDAYS SURCHARGE:

Any reservation booked for the following holidays will be billed an additional 10%


New Year’s Day plus %10.
New Year’s Eve plus %10 
Sports and events plus %10.

 Except:

Christmas Day, no additional.
Christmas Eve, no additional.
Thanksgiving, no additional.
Memorial Day, no additional.
Easter, no additional.
Veteran’s Day, no additional.
Labor Day, no additional.


GRATUITY

20% gratuity will automatically be added to the total trip charge for all vehicles. For your convenience. The charges of 20% gratuity is subject to your complete discretion and may be increased, decreased or eliminated entirely.

Additional charges may apply Airport tolls any tolls, fuel service...etc. prices subject to change any time without prior notice if applicable.
